General Information

What is the operating days of Holiday Wonder Dallas?

Holiday Wonder Dallas is operated between Nov. 21, 2017 and Jan. 7, 2018 for the 2017 Season. We are open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

What are the hours of Holiday Wonder?

Every Day: 5:30pm – 10:00pm. Acrobatic show schedules: 7:00pm, 8:30pm.

Transportation & Parking

You can take public transportation to Holiday Wonder. Holiday Wonder Dallas visitors can also park at Lot 5 and Lot 6 after entering to Fair Park through Gate 5 or Gate 6. Fair Park is the property of City of Dallas and $10 parking fee is collected by City of Dallas. Orders & Payment

After I place my order, when will I receive my tickets?

If your order has been successfully completed, you will receive your tickets in a few minutes.  Please check the inbox of the email address you used when you placed your order.  If you don’t see the email sent from Holiday Wonder with your tickets as an attachment, please check your junk mail or contact us at contact@holidaywonder.com.

Is it safe to purchase tickets online on your website HolidayWonder.com?

Our website HolidayWonder.com is certified by McAfee. McAfee also provides $100,000 identify Protection for any purchase made on HolidayWonder.com. Your credit card payment is solely and completely processed by Square Payment System. No credit card information is stored on HolidayWonder.com.

Why did my credit card payment fail? What happens if my payment failed?

Please check the credit card number, expiration date and billing zip code if your credit card payment failed. If you need further assistance, please contact Square customer support. You can find information about Square Support at this page. Holiday Wonder is not handling payment and all data is completely processed by Square.

If your payment failed, your order is not complete and you will not receive a ticket. Your credit card will not be charged.

Tickets & Activities

I don’t see a specific date on my ticket, when can I attend your event?

If your ticket does not have restriction on the dates, you can choose to come any day between Nov 21 and Jan 7. If you purchased your tickets from Eventbrite.com or HolidayWonder.com, your tickets are any day tickets.

What does the admission include?

Activities included in the ticket price are the beautiful lanterns, the acrobatic shows, writing a letter to Santa, making of souvenir lanterns, one free ride on Arctic Slide and more. The Arctic Slide and snowball throwing game are extra for a small fee. For Santa’s Arctic Slide — $2 per ride. Can be individual slide, parent/child together or child/child together. For snowball throwing — subject to availability, $5 per bucket of snow, which makes 5-8 snowballs.

How much are the activities?

Do you have discount for seniors, military or people with disabilities?

Special Discounted Tickets are offered at a 40% off discount for military personnel and veterans, seniors (60+) or people with disabilities. These tickets  are non refundable and single entry only. Identification may be required upon admission at Holiday Wonder’s sole discretion. If you are qualified to purchase the special discounted tickets, please click here.

Do you have group tickets?

A Group Pass is offered at a discounted price for a group of 10 or 20 people. All 10 or 20 people must attend at the same time and will be admitted altogether. A Group Pass is non-refundable. If you would like to purchase a group pass, please click here.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate? Are the tickets the same prices?

Yes. We have a box office and you can purchase tickets at the gate. The prices are the same for tickets. However, all promotional codes are only valid online. There is no discount for tickets sold at the box office.

Do I need to exchange for a ticket if I have bought a voucher from Groupon?

No. You can go to the entrance and show your Groupon voucher to a ticket taker. You can print out your voucher before your visit and show the paper to a ticket taker. Or you can show the voucher on your smart phone. Your voucher shall contain a QR barcode for the ticket taker to scan.

If I purchased a Value Day option from Groupon, what dates can I attend Holiday Wonder?

Value Days vouchers purchased from Groupon can only be redeemable on 11/21,11/22, 11/27, 11/28, 11/29, 11/30, 12/4, 12/5, 12/6, 12/7, 12/11, 12/12, 12/13, 12/14, 12/18, 12/19, 12/20, 12/21, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4.

If you come on a date not listed above, your Groupon cash value is honored and you need to pay the difference to the admission at the gate.
